Enyo — Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Enyo app ("the App") provided by Tekniche Consulting ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Enyo is a personal-finance tool for budgeting, tracking transactions, importing statements, and optional AI-assisted insights. It is provided "as is."

2. Not financial advice

Enyo, including any AI advisor or chat feature, provides general informational guidance only and is not professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Do not make decisions based solely on the App. Consult a qualified professional.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18.

4. Subscriptions, trial & billing

• Enyo offers a 30-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (or a valid voucher).
• Subscriptions (Cloud Monthly / Cloud Annual) are sold via the Apple App Store and Google Play and billed to your store account.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
• Prices are shown in-app before purchase and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies.
• Voucher codes, where offered, extend the free-access window and have no cash value.

5. Third-party services

Optional features connect to third parties (Google Gmail/Drive, AI providers, our cloud backend). Your use of those is also subject to their terms. You are responsible for any API keys you provide.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the App, reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it to violate any law or third party's rights.

7. Your data

Your use of data in the App is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us the limited rights needed to provide the features you enable (e.g. cloud sync).

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Tekniche Consulting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any financial losses arising from decisions you make using the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your data.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app and the "Last updated" date revised.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
